We invite all ETG members to participate in the continued Semiconductor Technical Working Group (TWG) device and test profile development work while also covering common topics of interest. The meeting will be hosted by ETG member company Applied Materials, Santa Clara, CA, in USA’s Silicon Valley.

We are looking forward to another in-person meeting! Like the previous in-person meeting, the plan is to broadcast the TWGwide topics to remote viewers. As the meeting will take place from 9 am—5 pm Pacific Time, this may not occur at ideal local times for remote viewers around the world. We will attempt to facilitate online participation for the task group breakout sessions as well.

Do note that while we’ll be doing what we can to facilitate extended online participation, the focus of the meeting will be on the local audience experience and related topics. If you are able, please plan to attend in-person to enjoy the meeting in its entirety. To mark the milestone of Meeting 25 and the success of the TWG, we'd like to celebrate at a nearby establishment at the conclusion of the Wednesday session. More details to follow. Please join us!

Please register for the meeting online as soon as possible. Meeting space is limited and registration will be closed when capacity is reached. Thanks to Applied Materials there is no meeting charge. To be included in individual task group communication register for a task group separately.
