CODA Coriolis Mass Flow Meters/Controllers

Low-flow CODA meters and controllers measure true mass flow to ±0.2% of reading for liquids and ±0.5% of reading for gases. The Coriolis operating principle offers greater operating capabilities than a typical mass flow device, including measurement of unknown gases or liquids and compatibility with pressures up to 4,000 PSIA or 276 barA. Less dependence on wetted materials mean CODAs are highly compatible with aggressive fluids.

Flow rates range from 0.08 g/h to 300 kg/h depending on the fluid. Alicat's proprietary design decreases measurement sensitivity to external vibrations, ensuring repeatability to ±0.05% of reading.

CODAs are found in a wide variety of applications including precision dosing of additives, fuel cell control, rocket research, semiconductor manufacturing, and chemical coating.
