QEC-M-01

ICOP’s QEC-M-01 is a cutting-edge EtherCAT master system powered by the Vortex86EX2 processor. The processor includes two independent cores, one dedicated to implementing the EtherCAT protocol, ensuring real-time performance.

The QEC-M-01 features open-source software (86Duino Coding IDE) support and offers 2G SLC, dual EtherCAT networks, Giga LAN, RS485, Audio, and USB interfaces. It is equipped with a high-endurance 2GB SLC eMMC, providing a stable and reliable operating system. Its compact dimensions (107.45 x 77.39 x 34 mm) and Din-Rail mounting. The operating temperature range is -20°C to +70°C.

Supporting EtherCAT Cable Redundancy with two networks, the QEC-M-01 also offers Giga LAN for external connections and includes RS485, HD Audio, and USB interfaces, all with off-the-shelf APIs. Users can efficiently collect data via EtherCAT and transfer it to a server through Giga LAN or RS485, enabling PLC or CNC control and big data construction with MySQL Library, Modbus TCP, or Ethernet communication with IPC.

Highly compatible with third-party EtherCAT devices, such as servo motors and I/O modules, the QEC master supports CoE, FoE, EoE, DC, and EtherCAT cable redundancy, ensuring flexible use with other EtherCAT slaves. It offers precise synchronization (min. 125μs), and the 86Duino Coding IDE provides less than 1μs jitter time in the minimum cycle.

The QEC-M-01 also supports Automatic Monitoring for Carbon Emission Calculation, enhancing its utility in environmental management.
