STG6 ECAT MM-Series

Precise and time-synchronous acquisition of mechanical stresses directly at the strain gage application point: This is made possible by the EtherCAT®-based measurement modules of the STG6 ECAT MM-Series with six time-synchronous strain gauge inputs for quarter, half and full bridges.

The EtherCAT® measurement modules from CSM enable, for example, fatigue strength measurements with more than 1,000 decentralized measureme points. The modules support measurement data rates from 1 Hz to 20 kHz per channel. The compact and robust MiniModules can be installed close to the measurement points. This increases the signal quality and reduces the cabling effort considerably.

The extended range of the excitation voltage from 1 to 10 V allows the STG6 pro BS20 to be used in a wide variety of applications. In addition, with the automatic selection of the input voltage range and the very good signal-to-noise ratio, extremely small measurement signals can be accurately acquired.
