Founded in 1988, UNISEM specialized in sophisticated semiconductor equipment, such as gas scrubber and chiller unit. Since 1996, UNISEM had continued its R&D to successfully come up with a gas scrubber. For the first time ever by a Korean company, UNISEM managed to develop Heat-Wet scrubber and a wide range of “Chiller unit” for semiconductor filed as well. Through sustained research and development efforts coupled with technological progress, the company has maintained ISO-9001 certification and certified with SEMI-S2.
