The Conformance Test Tool (CTT) allows one to check protocol compliance of an EtherCAT SubDevice. Please find the link to download your copy below. Note that an EtherCAT Vendor ID and a separate license is required to run the software!
Conformance Test Tool (CTT) - Test File Sets
The latest Test File Set for the CTT is already included in the CTT installer. However, test files may be enhanced independent from the CTT version. For descriptions of the files please refer to documentation of the Conformance Test Tool.
The actual Test File Set for Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE) is included in the CTT installer as well. Please refer to the corresponding ETG.7100 Safety over EtherCAT Conformance Test Specification when using FSoE tests.
