National Chin-Yi University of Technology (NCUT/Chin-Yi Tech) is located in Taichung, in which there are 15 industrial parks, 1 corporate research center, 2 export processing zones, 1 commerce and trade industrial park and the Central Taiwan Precision Machinery Technology Innovation Park. Chin-Yi Tech is a comprehensive university, consisting of the Colleges of Engineering; Electrical Engineering and Computer Science; Management; Humanities and Creativity. It has long been a hidden champion among technological universities in Taiwan. With all the foresaid advantages, Chin-Yi Tech has focused on machine tool technology and planned to establish a specific college for machine tool. It is the only paradigm technological university in Central Taiwan.
