AGD155 240VAC EtherCAT Servo Drive

The AGD155 is an intelligent drive designed for high-performance motion control applications. It is compatible with a wide range of servo motors, including direct drive linear ,rotary and voice coil motors from Akribis and other 3rd party manufacturers. With its 240VAC power input and EtherCAT interface compliant with CiA 402 drive profile, the AGD155 provides flexible interfacing options for different applications.

The AGD155 features numerous digital and analog inputs and outputs, which provide flexibility in application interfaces. They support various incremental and absolute encoders, enabling precise positioning and motion control. Advanced features such as position event, position lock (capture) and position event output, error mapping, and dual-loop control, further enhance the AGD155's capabilities. Error mapping allows for the compensation of position errors caused by mechanical and thermal factors, resulting in more accurate positioning. Dual-loop control enables independent control of position and force/torque, which is particularly useful in applications that require precise position control, such as in semiconductors and machine tools.

Additionally, the AGD155 supports closed-loop force mode and ultra-precision modes, which provide even greater control over motion. The closed-loop force mode allows for the precise control of force and torque, while the ultra-precision modes provide superior performance in positioning.

The AGD155 includes programming capabilities, with support for up to 8 multi-threading tasks, each of which can be configured with a different priority. This feature allows for increased flexibility in the programming of complex applications. Additionally, it can serve as a full-featured single-axis standalone controller, providing versatility in motion control applications.
