QEC-RXXMP Series

The QEC-RXXMP series is an EtherCAT stepper motor controller that can synchronize at 125μs, controlling three axes of 0.9-degree stepper motors. With A, B, and Z encoder interfaces, it offers closed-loop control. This controller supports EtherCAT CiA402 communication and G-code programming, making it adaptable for CNC applications. Its G-code compatibility enables direct integration, enhancing precision and adaptability in complex machining tasks.

The series has passed conformance testing and is suitable for industrial automation, enhancing system stability with EtherCAT protocol. Operating as a standard EtherCAT slave, it supports Free Run, SyncManager2, and Distributed Clock (DC) modes. It achieves high-precision synchronous motion control of three-axis stepper motors with a 125μs cycle time, suitable for applications like precision machine systems and robotic arms.

Supporting CiA402 drive profiles such as PP, Homing, CSP, and CSV, it manages complex motion tasks including position, speed, and torque control. Its G-code compatibility allows direct execution of CNC programming, simplifying integration without the need for additional programming or conversions.

Capable of providing up to 4.84A of drive current, the controller ensures precise motor control. The motor current output is adjustable via DIP switches, and the system reduces current when the motor is idle, extending motor lifespan. The controller supports a single power source for three axes, reducing wiring complexity.
