We invite you to participate in the Semiconductor Technical Working Group (TWG) as we continue our work on device profiles and test development. We will also discuss various common topics of interest. As mentioned previously, our 27th meeting will be held online.

Please note that only ETG members are eligible to participate. We would like to extend our gratitude to Beckhoff Automation for covering the costs of this meeting: The meeting infrastructure is provided at no charge.
