We invite you to participate in the Semiconductor Technical Working Group (TWG) as we continue our work on device profiles and test development. We will also cover various common topics of interest. As mentioned earlier, our 27th meeting will be held online.

Please note that only ETG members are eligible to participate. We would like to extend our gratitude to Beckhoff Automation, as there is no fee for this meeting. The meeting infrastructure is provided at no cost.

If you wish to be included in communications for individual task groups, please register separately for each task group.
