EtherCAT International Technology Week (ITW) World Series

Since 2021 the EtherCAT Technology Group conducts the EtherCAT International Technology Week (ITW) for developers of EtherCAT MainDevices, SubDevices, Configurators, Codes, and Tools on an annual basis.

In the frame of various interactive webinars EtherCAT experts share detailed development know-how and how-to information for EtherCAT-related topics that often arise during implementation, certification, and release of EtherCAT devices, followed by extended Q&A rounds after each session.

To respond specifically to the different needs and time zones of the respective countries, the event format is offered individually for Europe, North America, Japan, China, and Korea. The ITW is an event series exclusively for ETG members, and the participation is free of charge.

What to expect?

The EtherCAT International Technology Week offers a full week of technical webinars and corresponding Q&A sessions where detailed implementation know-how and how-to information for EtherCAT-related topics is shared, including:

• EtherCAT development
• EtherCAT Conformance Test Tool (CTT)
• Modules/Slots
• EtherCAT Diagnosis
• EtherCAT Slave Stack Code
• etc.

The content is created and passed on by various international EtherCAT experts, some of whom can draw on decades of EtherCAT experience in their specific field. In addition to the webinars and Q&A sessions, the various presentations and documents are available to participants after the event.
