C6 E22

The high-performance fanless C6 E22 IPC offers all of the functionalities of the Intel® Bay Trail™ platform with quad-core processor. The "all-in-one" motherboard has Ethernet 10/100/1000 Mbps and USB ports as well as a serial RS232 interface. Furthermore the IPC provides two different memory possibilities like SSD mSATAand the bootable CFast on board with storage sizeup to 128 GB. Optional interfaces like Dual CAN enable communication to other systems. The input voltage of the C6 IPC series is 24 VDC, with an integrated micro UPS based on four super-capacitors to ensure saving of required data on MRAM. A smart memory technology is used for a maximum of flexibility in application.

KEB uses the EtherCAT fieldbus as the central element of the control architecture, whereby the EtherCAT master is integrated as standard in all C6 E22 controllers. This guarantees the user high performance and robustness of the entire system.

All C6 Panel IPCs are available in a wide range of display formatsup to 24" with resistive or capacitive touch technology. This allows applications with high requirements for display and visualization. The same is applicable for the Box and Book Mount IPC in combination with a C6 Monitor which can be connected via DVI-I (DVI-D + VGA) video output. Decentralised visualization projects can thus be realised analogously to the C6 E22 Panel.

Due to its high flexibility and scalability, the KEB Panel IPC series is becoming an important part in the automation technology. Together with pre-installed runtime libraries, all C6 IPCs are used for machine control and motion sequence processes as well as display, data acquisition, and image processing.

Remote maintenance software is available as an option, making the C6 IPC series to a cost-effective, complete operation and maintenance tool.
